GKN Driveline<\/a> Mexico, has been awarded Ford\u2019s prestigious Q1 certification for manufacturing excellence.<\/p>\nThe Q1 award indicates that a facility is identified as a preferred supplier to the Ford Motor Company and recognizes excellence in product quality, service and delivery.<\/p>\n
The facility in Villagran, one of three GKN Driveline sites in Mexico, received the award for its commitment to continuous improvement in processes, quality and customer satisfaction, and is a recognition of the strong relationship between GKN Driveline and Ford. During the certification process, the company was evaluated on nine measures, including performance metrics, delivery and customer endorsements.<\/p>\n
