A leader in induction heating solutions, GH Induction has announced the launch of its new InKompac Essential generator. This is a more accessible and standardised version of its renowned InKompac range.

Designed to provide a robust, efficient and economical solution without compromising on quality or reliability, this new model is an essential addition to any industry.

It is an essential solution for real needs.

The InKompac Essential was created in response to growing market demand for simpler induction equipment with key features at a more competitive price, offering more efficient, affordable and reliable processes. Available in 15 kW and 25 kW medium frequency (MF) and 18 kW high frequency (HF) versions, the InKompac Essential covers a wide range of industrial applications without the need for complex customisation.

Unlike the multi-output InKompac, the Essential is a single-output generator, simplifying integration and reducing installation and maintenance costs. It incorporates a PLC and a 7″ touch screen, and allows manual or automatic control via external signals or configurable heating programmes.

Cost reduction without compromising performance!

One of the main attractions of the InKompac Essential is its affordable price, making it an ideal choice for companies looking to optimise their investment without compromising on performance.

The initial investment is reduced by more than 20% compared to customised versions, while maintaining efficiency of over 95% (99% in the inverter), with output power regulation from 0 to 100%.

Depending on the customer’s needs, the generator can be equipped with a complete cooling system and options such as the PN/PN Coupler, manual control or extended interconnection lengths.

Applications and sectors

The InKompac Essential is designed to adapt to multiple industrial sectors, including:

Thanks to its versatility, it can be used in automated production lines as well as in manual or mobile applications, especially in its 15-kW version with an ergonomic manual terminal.

Operational simplicity and connectivity

The equipment is easily operated from its touch screen or via wired signals and fieldbus (Profinet IO as standard).

It offers up to 10 heating programs with multiple phases, control by temperature, energy, power or voltage, and an alarm system with on-screen diagnostics.

In addition, its modular design allows you to choose between four configurations depending on the application:

  • Manual 15 kW: ideal for mobile or maintenance work.
  • Fixed 25 kW: for production lines with higher energy demands.
  • Split 25 kW: for large inductors at medium frequency.
  • Split 18 kW HF: for high-frequency and precision applications.

Standardisation that drives efficiency

The inKompac Essential has been developed under a philosophy of standardisation, enabling more agile production, immediate availability of spare parts and a shorter learning curve for operators. This strategy also facilitates integration into industrial environments with standard communication protocols and reduces start-up times.

A commitment to technological accessibility

“The inKompac Essential is a powerful, reliable and economical tool, designed for those who need uncomplicated results.”

With this launch, GH Induction reaffirms its commitment to accessible innovation. “We want more companies to benefit from induction technology without cost being a barrier,” says the GH R&D team based in Valencia, Spain.
