We have created a new service organization exclusively for our clients called SERVINDUCTORS in addition to our standard services.

During the lifespan of any induction system, the inductors (consumable part) represent a very important part in the maintenance expenses of this system. Such inductors with good monitoring and preventive actions can extend their use considerably. It allows and production increase, improved efficiency and heating application.

More than spares and repair services

After deploying the first and unique inductors by additive manufacturing of pure copper in EBM, GH is one more innovating with this special service. Customers will be able to get the maximum benefit from their investment in GH Inductors; moving away from the traditional supplier of spare parts and from repairing in the induction industry sector.

Specialized consultant to help you

With this aim GH offers its clients a specialized consultant with whom to raise doubts, problems and possible improvements; improved purchasing conditions compared to the rest of the market; and the possibility of updating the inductors to 3D with printed coils.

The SERVINDUCTORS organization has four main areas to guarantee its success: the commercial area responsible for customer satisfaction; the applications area, with its own laboratory for development, monitoring of inductor versions, support for improvement, etc.; the production area with systems to control the service life of each inductor; and the quality area which records parameters for traceability and continuous improvement with strict quality protocols.

With this new service line, GH aims to position itself in the inductor market as an outstanding supplier of inductors, starting with Spain and Portugal and extending its service in the short term to the rest of the countries where it operates.
